Customer Care Specialist (Remote)

First impressions can make or break a customer’s perception of an organization. This is why our Customer Care Specialist role is about more than just managing inbound/outbound phone calls and processing orders – it’s about creating a journey for our expecting families and helping them find the right product(s) for their needs.

You will be on the front-line, working as part of our Customer Care Team. You will make your mark in our most critical department that provides superior service and support to our customers.

We will trust you to:

  • Provide outstanding customer service to our customers and manage 50-100 inbound/outbound phone calls daily
  • Professionally expedite and process orders
  • Manage inbound online chat inquiries
  • Transfer customer calls to appropriate business areas
  • Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using company software
  • Be a team player and work in a team environment

Requirements:

  • Must be able to adhere to an 8:30 – 5 PM EST schedule
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Flexibility to learn and grow in a fast-paced, customer-focused, environment
  • Strong telephone etiquette and a professional demeanor
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
  • Bilingual a plus
  • Knowledge of breast pumps and/or breastfeeding a plus
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Outlook and other MS Office applications
  • Applicant must reside in one of the following states: ME, NH, VT, MA, CT, RI, PA, NJ, FL, TX, OH, or NY
