Role Overview: As the frontline advocate for maternal health, you will embody the Acelleron spirit, driving strategic sales initiatives and expanding the reach of our Mom and Baby Division. Your role extends beyond sales; it’s about creating lasting bonds with healthcare professionals and directly contributing to the health and well-being of new families.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and deepen relationships with OBGYN practices, midwiferies, hospital labor and delivery departments, pediatricians, and lactation consultants, becoming a trusted advisor for maternal health solutions.
  • Proactively reach out with tailored proposals to introduce Acelleron’s innovative Mom and Baby programs.
  • Regularly visit healthcare facilities, ensuring our maternal health products and services enhance patient care.
  • Deliver insightful training to medical staff, raising awareness of our product line’s impact.
  • Spearhead sales tactics in line with our vision for growth across New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track engagements and successes effectively.
  • Represent Acelleron at industry conferences, leading presentations with confidence.
  • Coordinate logistical aspects of equipment supply, from delivery to inventory oversight.
  • Uphold all compliance standards, championing privacy and ethical conduct.

Who You Are:

  • A champion of customer relationships with a knack for sales or service within healthcare.
  • A resilient innovator eager to pursue and convert new opportunities.
  • A dynamic self-starter, ready to collaborate or independently lead initiatives.
  • Tech-savvy with a proficiency in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel and CRM platforms.
  • A licensed driver with an exemplary record, willing to travel within your territory.
  • An advocate for privacy, well-versed in HIPAA and ready to uphold the highest standards.
