You are on the front-line working as part of our Customer Support Team. You will make your mark in our most critical department that provides superior service and support to our customers.

Previous customer service experience is preferred but we will make sure that you are ready to provide exceptional customer service through proper training. We will trust you to:

  • Provide outstanding customer service to our customers and manage 50-100 inbound/outbound phone calls daily
  • Manage daily call reports
  • Transfer customer calls to appropriate business areas
  • Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using company software
  • Occasionally work a half day on the weekend
  • Be a team player and work in a team environment

You need to have:

  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Flexibility to learn and grow in a fast-paced, customer-focused, environment
  • Strong telephone etiquette and a professional demeanor
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Multi-tasking and problem solving skills
  • Spanish speaking a plus

Senior Accountant (North Andover, MA)

Senior Accountant (North Andover, MA)

A medium-sized home health care company is seeking an experienced Accountant to assume all bookkeeping, financial statement preparation and forecasting for their Home Medical Equipment (“HME”) division located in North Andover, Massachusetts.   The role is roughly 50% transactional and 50% analytical.

We will trust you to:

  • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages and presentations with a heavy emphasis on variance and trend analysis.
  • Reconcile weekly cash flow.
  • Perform accounts payable activities including 1099, credit card payments, and journal entries.
  • Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
  • Document and enter financial transactions into required systems.
  • Report sales tax for multi-state regions to the corporate office.
  • Recommend financial actions by analyzing accounting operations.
  • Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.
  • Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
  • Prepares payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements.
  • Prepare special ad hoc financial reports as requested by management by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
  • Forecast sales and cash flows.

 

You need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills with emphasis on macros, pivot tables, graphs, use of slicers and VLookups.
  • Solid understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
  • Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and time management
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Self-sufficient and resourceful
  • Willingness to travel (visit corporate HQ in NJ at least quarterly)

 

Pluses:

DME/HME experience, cost/inventory experience, sales/use tax experience, Sage 100 experience and Brightree experience
