Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and well-versed Content Marketing Specialist to manage our content creation across a range of digital and traditional media. As a pivotal member of our marketing team, you will drive our content strategy, crafting engaging content that resonates with our audience and amplifies our brand’s voice. Your role is a blend of creativity and strategy, requiring a keen understanding of evolving social media landscapes.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop, curate, and design engaging content for our social media channels tailored to each platform’s audience, including graphics, videos, stories, polls, and more
  • Help plan and execute social media ad campaigns, aiming to drive audience engagement, website traffic, and conversions
  • Track social media performance by analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide monthly reports with actionable recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, ensuring timely and appropriate responses
  • Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand our reach
  • Research, write, and edit compelling and informative SEO-friendly blog content that aligns with our brand, audience, and business goals
  • Strategize and implement tactics to promote blog content across various channels, maximizing exposure and reach
  • Seek opportunities for guest blogging and collaborations to enhance our content’s impact and credibility
  • Perform content audits to ensure material remains relevant and up-to-date
  • Create and refine email marketing campaigns, print materials, and other related collateral
  • Provide administrative support as needed

Who you are:

  • Has a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in content marketing and social media management
  • Proficient in social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Twitter/X, LinkedIn) and their management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer)
  • Skilled in creating diverse content formats (text, image, video)
  • Analytical thinker, adept at interpreting data to guide content strategies
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and initiate projects
  • Familiar with key marketing tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Office, WordPress, HubSpot, Google Analytics, MailChimp, Klaviyo, Asana, Canva)
  • Understanding of SEO practices and website analytics
  • Bonus: Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Knowledge of breast pumps and/or breastfeeding a plus

  • Professionally expedite and process orders
  • Manage inbound online chat inquiries
  • Transfer customer calls to appropriate business areas
  • Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using company software
  • Be a team player and work in a team environment

Requirements:

  • Must be able to adhere to an 8:30 – 5 PM EST schedule
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Flexibility to learn and grow in a fast-paced, customer-focused, environment
  • Strong telephone etiquette and a professional demeanor
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
  • Bilingual a plus
  • Knowledge of breast pumps and/or breastfeeding a plus
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Outlook and other MS Office applications
