You are on the front-line working as part of our Customer Support Team. You will make your mark in our most critical department that provides superior service and support to our customers.

What’s in it for you?

Previous customer service experience is preferred but we will make sure that you are ready to provide exceptional customer service through proper training. You will also receive an introduction to our products and services, and insights into the HME industry.
Experienced representatives have the opportunity to be involved in mentoring, quality control, idea generation and leading a team.

We will trust you to:

  • Provide outstanding customer service to our customers and manage 50-100 inbound/outbound phone calls daily
  • Manage daily call reports
  • Transfer customer calls to appropriate business areas
  • Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using company software
  • Occasionally work a half day on the weekend
  • Be a team player and work in a team environment

You need to have:

  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Flexibility to learn and grow in a fast-paced, customer-focused, environment
  • Strong telephone etiquette and a professional demeanor
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Multi-tasking and problem solving skills
  • Spanish speaking a plus
  • Knowledge of breast pumps and/or breastfeeding a plus

Administrative Assistant (Philadelphia area)

Part-Time Position (16 to 20 hours/week)

Maintaining relationships is a vital part of strengthening a successful organization.  The part-time Administrative Assistant will act as a liaison to provide a layer of support among facilities and hospitals across PA.

What’s in it for you?
This is an exciting position for candidates that are seeking to support local hospitals that participate in a variety of our Mom & Baby programs.  Previous experience in customer service and/or in the healthcare industry are preferred, but we will make sure that you are ready to provide exceptional service through proper training.  You will receive a thorough introduction to our products and services, and insights into the HME industry.

We will trust you to:

  • Coordinate the moving, housing, and supplying of breastfeeding equipment to hospitals.
  • Work with Acelleron’s courier service vendors to deliver equipment.
  • Visit hospital accounts to enhance relationship and develop rapport as well as provide and retrieve pumps when returned to NICU on discharge day, as needed.
  • Provide training and guidance to hospital staff when needed (i.e. new staff members, new processes, changes to dispensing guidelines, etc.)
  • Order print materials and/or physical print correspondence, equipment logs, and labels/stickers.
  • Complete necessary paperwork to manage inventory.
  • Create and post inventory transfers using inventory software.
  • Follow standard operating procedures and guidelines to keep hospital programs running smoothly.
  • Obtain missing information such as patient demographic information on orders from customer and/or existing accounts.
  • Collect, review, and process original/copy of order forms, delivery tickets, and inventory logs.
  • Receive and process breast pump returns into inventory software.
  • Notify Acelleron’s Hospital Grade Team (“HG”) team of any returns in order to stop billing and return inventory back to its original location.
  • Process inventory shipment requests for accounts that receive equipment directly from UPS via Acelleron’s 3rd party warehouse.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and procedures when handling clean and dirty equipment.
  • Clean hospital grade breast pumps, cases, and work surfaces as required by Acelleron’s Policies and Procedures (P&P).
  • Complete inspections and equipment testing as required by the P&P.
  • Ship boxes and return labels for patients that are unable to return the equipment back to the hospital.

You need to have:

  • Customer service experience or health care background
  • Organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Professional demeanor, with good written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to communicate and provide guidance on equipment and instructions
  • Valid state driver’s license and good driving record
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain HIPAA requirements
  • Ability to lift 10-15 pounds of weight when needed
  • Ability to work as a team player but also independently
