Melissa Paterson

Account Manager, Mom and Baby Division

Melissa Paterson is currently an account manager in Acelleron’s mom and baby division. She joined Acelleron’s Bensalem, PA office in 2020 and covers the Pennsylvania and Central and Southern New Jersey territories.

Melissa supports clients from hospitals, OB offices, clinics, as well as new moms. Their satisfaction is her main goal, along with spreading the Acelleron word in her travels, hoping to help as many moms and moms-to-be as possible. She runs Acelleron’s local operation of providing pumps regularly to nearby hospitals and, in conjunction with Mothers’ Milk Bank Northeast, operates a Milk Depot in the Bensalem office, accepting milk donations for babies in need.

Melissa grew up in the suburbs of Philadelphia. She attended Hamilton College, with a major in Theater and a minor in Psychology – many moons ago! Much of the past 30 years, she has worked in her family’s American craft gallery, running operations and sales. Customer service and satisfaction has always been her top priority. She is also the proud parent of her 23-year-old daughter and 19-year-old son.
