Director of Education and Account Manager, Mom and Baby Division

Jan Ferraro is currently a director of education and account manager in the mom and baby division at Acelleron. She joined the company in 2014 and is responsible for servicing Connecticut, New York, Central Massachusetts, Southern Vermont, and Northern New Jersey referral sources.

Jan‘s focus is to make sure all moms have a positive breastfeeding experience by utilizing not only a quality breast pump, but having access to the education and support they need.

Jan began her career in education over 25 years ago teaching childbirth education classes at Yale-New Haven Hospital, Lawrence Memorial Hospital, and Middlesex Hospital, as well as a women’s prison.  After becoming a Certified Lactation Counselor, she began teaching breastfeeding classes and added newborn care classes.

Jan and her husband have four daughters, three sons-in-law, and a grandson.
